1. Terms and Conditions for IntelligoEdu VR Classrooms

1.2 Service Description

IntelligoEdu provides comprehensive Virtual Reality educational solutions including:

• Supply and maintenance of VR hardware devices and equipment
• Licensed educational content aligned with CBSE curriculum standards
• Cloud-based platform access for content delivery and management
• Technical support and training services
• Usage analytics and reporting tools
• Regular content updates and system upgrades

All services are provided according to the specific subscription plan selected by your institution and detailed in the Service Agreement.

1.3 Equipment Ownership and Care

1.3.1 Equipment Ownership

All VR devices, hardware, and related equipment remain the exclusive property of IntelligoEdu throughout the service period. The School is granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the equipment solely for educational purposes within the subscribed institution.

1.3.2 Equipment Care and Handling

• Equipment must be handled with reasonable care and operated only by trained personnel
• Devices should be used only under direct teacher supervision during designated class hours
• All equipment must be stored in the designated secure storage facilities when not in use
• Schools must ensure proper environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanliness) for equipment operation and storage
• Any physical damage, theft, or loss beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed at replacement cost
• Replacement costs will be calculated based on current market rates and depreciation schedules

1.3.3 Equipment Return

Upon termination of services, all equipment must be returned to IntelligoEdu in the same condition as provided, accounting for normal wear and tear. Any missing or damaged equipment will result in charges as per the damage assessment schedule.

1.4 Content Licensing and Usage

1.4.1 License Grant

IntelligoEdu grants the School a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the VR educational content solely within the subscribed institution for educational purposes.

1.4.2 Usage Restrictions

• Content may not be copied, distributed, modified, or shared outside the subscribed institution
• Content cannot be reverse-engineered, decompiled, or used to create derivative works
• Commercial use of content is strictly prohibited
• Content may not be used for any purpose other than direct educational instruction
• Schools may not provide access to content to students or personnel not enrolled or employed at the subscribing institution

1.4.3 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the VR content, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary technologies, remain exclusively with IntelligoEdu and its licensors.

1.5 Training and Technical Support

1.5.1 Initial Training

IntelligoEdu will provide comprehensive training to designated school personnel including:

• Equipment operation and safety procedures
• Content navigation and classroom integration
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance
• Student safety protocols during VR sessions

1.5.2 Ongoing Support

Technical support is available during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST) through:

• Phone support hotline
• Email support system
• Remote diagnostic assistance
• On-site support for major technical issues (subject to additional charges for locations beyond 50km from our service centers)

1.5.3 Response Times

• Email queries: Response within 24 hours
• Phone support: Immediate during business hours
• Critical system failures: On-site support within 48-72 hours depending on location

1.6 Payment Terms and Conditions

1.6.1 Fee Structure

Subscription fees are calculated based on:

• Number of VR devices deployed
• Duration of service agreement
• Selected content packages
• Level of support services

1.6.2 Payment Schedule

• Annual subscriptions: 100% payment due 30 days before service commencement
• Monthly subscriptions: Payment due on the first of each month
• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Late payment fees of 2% per month will be applied to overdue amounts

1.6.3 Fee Collection

• Subscription fees may be collected directly from students through the school's fee collection system
• Schools are responsible for timely payment to IntelligoEdu regardless of student payment status
• All fees are non-refundable once the service term has commenced
• Price revisions may be implemented with 90 days written notice

1.7 School Responsibilities and Obligations

1.7.1 Facility Requirements

Schools must provide:

• Dedicated classroom space with adequate ventilation and lighting
• Secure storage facilities for equipment
• Reliable internet connectivity (minimum 100 Mbps for 20 concurrent users)
• Appropriate electrical infrastructure and backup power arrangements
• Temperature-controlled environment (18-25°C recommended)

1.7.2 Personnel Responsibilities

• Ensure all VR sessions are conducted under qualified teacher supervision
• Maintain trained personnel for equipment operation
• Implement student safety protocols during VR sessions
• Report technical issues promptly to IntelligoEdu support team

1.7.3 Student Safety and Consent

• Obtain written parental consent before students participate in VR sessions
• Screen students for motion sickness sensitivity and other health conditions
• Implement age-appropriate usage guidelines (recommended minimum age: 8 years)
• Maintain emergency contact information for all participating students
• Follow recommended session duration limits (maximum 20 minutes per session for students under 12)

1.7.4 Data Protection and Privacy

Schools must comply with applicable data protection laws including:

• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
• Information Technology Act, 2000 and associated rules
• Obtain appropriate consent for collection and processing of student data
• Implement adequate security measures for data protection
• Report any data breaches to IntelligoEdu within 24 hours

1.8 Limitation of Liability

1.8.1 Service Limitations

IntelligoEdu's liability is limited to:

• Direct damages resulting from proven negligence in service delivery
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the total annual subscription fee paid by the School
• IntelligoEdu is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages

1.8.2 Excluded Liabilities

IntelligoEdu shall not be liable for:

• Student injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow safety protocols
• Academic performance or educational outcomes
• Data breaches resulting from School's failure to implement adequate security measures
• Loss of data due to School's negligence or force majeure events
• Business interruption or loss of revenue

1.8.3 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.

1.9 Term and Termination

1.9.1 Service Term

• Service agreements are typically for one academic year (12 months)
• Terms automatically renew unless either party provides 90 days written notice of non-renewal
• Mid-term modifications require mutual consent in writing

1.9.2 Termination Rights

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• For material breach following 30 days written notice and opportunity to cure
• For insolvency or inability to meet financial obligations
• For violations of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations

1.9.3 Termination Effects

Upon termination:

• School's right to use equipment and content ceases immediately
• All equipment must be returned within 15 days
• Outstanding payments become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

1.10 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

1.10.1 Dispute Resolution Process

Disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation between parties (30 days)
2. Mediation through mutually agreed mediator (60 days)
3. Arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015

1.10.2 Jurisdiction and Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Indian law
• Exclusive jurisdiction lies with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka
• Any arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Bangalore
• English language shall be used for all dispute resolution proceedings

2.1 Program Overview and Eligibility

2.1.1 Program Description

IntelligoEdu conducts educational quiz competitions for school students across India designed to:

• Assess academic knowledge and critical thinking skills
• Provide merit-based scholarship opportunities
• Encourage academic excellence among students
• Create competitive learning environments

2.1.2 Eligibility Criteria

• Open to all school students studying in recognized educational institutions across India
• Students must be currently enrolled in grades 6-12
• Age restrictions: Participants must be between 11-18 years at the time of registration
• Each student can participate in only one quiz category per academic year
• Students must provide accurate information during registration process

2.1.3 Registration Requirements

• Completed registration form with accurate personal details
• Proof of current school enrollment (school ID card or bonafide certificate)
• Recent passport-size photograph
• Parent/guardian consent form (for participants under 18 years)
• Payment of registration fee through approved payment methods

2.2 Registration and Payment Terms

• Group discounts available for schools registering 50+ students
• Registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances including but not limited to:
  • Student's inability to attend the quiz
  • Technical difficulties during online examinations
  • Change in examination schedule or format
  • Student's change of mind or withdrawal from competition

2.2.2 Payment Methods

• Online payments through secure payment gateways
• Debit/Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
• Net Banking from major Indian banks
• UPI payments
• Demand Drafts payable to "IntelligoEdu"

2.2.3 Payment Confirmation

• Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment verification
• Confirmation details will be sent via registered email and SMS
• Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions
• Registration closes once maximum capacity is reached or on the deadline date

2.3 Examination Format and Schedule

2.3.1 Quiz Structure

• Multiple-choice questions based on CBSE/ICSE/State board curricula
• Duration: Typically 60-90 minutes depending on grade level
• Questions will test conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and general knowledge
• Negative marking may apply as specified in the question paper
• Use of calculators, mobile phones, or reference materials is strictly prohibited

• Offline paper-based tests at designated centers

• No individual rescheduling requests will be accommodated

2.4 Scholarship Awards and Recognition

• Certificates of achievement and participation
• Recognition on IntelligoEdu website and social media platforms

2.4.2 Selection Criteria

• Tie-breaking criteria will be applied as necessary
• Additional criteria may include academic record and extracurricular achievements
• IntelligoEdu reserves the right to verify all submitted information
• False information may result in disqualification and forfeiture of awards

2.4.3 Award Distribution

• Award ceremonies may be conducted virtually or at designated venues
• Winners will be notified within 15 days of quiz completion
• Awards must be claimed within 90 days of announcement
• Unclaimed awards will be forfeited without compensation
• Tax implications on awards are the responsibility of recipients

2.5 Participant Conduct and Examination Rules

2.5.1 Academic Integrity

Participants must maintain highest standards of academic integrity:

• No copying, plagiarism, or unauthorized assistance
• No communication with other participants during the examination
• No use of electronic devices unless specifically permitted
• No sharing of examination questions or answers with others

2.5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions will result in immediate disqualification:

• Impersonation or identity fraud
• Use of unfair means or external assistance
• Disruptive behavior during examinations
• Violation of examination center rules and protocols
• Attempting to access unauthorized websites or materials during online exams

2.5.3 Disciplinary Actions

Violations may result in:

• Immediate disqualification from current quiz
• Forfeiture of registration fee and any awards
• Ban from future IntelligoEdu competitions
• Notification to school authorities and parents
• Legal action in cases of fraud or serious misconduct

2.6 Data Protection and Privacy

• Registration and examination administration
• Result communication and award distribution

• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

2.8 Modification and Cancellation Rights

• Modify quiz format, duration, or syllabus with reasonable notice
• Change examination venues or shift to online format
• Adjust award categories and prize distribution
• Cancel specific quiz programs due to insufficient registrations or force majeure

2.8.2 Cancellation by IntelligoEdu

In case of program cancellation by IntelligoEdu:

• Participants will be notified at least 48 hours in advance
• Full refund of registration fee will be processed within 15 working days
• Alternative arrangements may be offered where possible
• IntelligoEdu's liability is limited to refund of registration fee

2.8.3 Participant Withdrawal

• Participants cannot withdraw after registration deadline
• No refunds for voluntary withdrawals
• Medical emergencies may be considered on case-by-case basis with proper documentation

2.9 Limitation of Liability

• Participants grant IntelligoEdu rights to use their responses for evaluation and research
